Thanksgiving 2012 Version!

We had a great Thanksgiving spending time with family in Raleigh area!

I forgot my camera for the big Family Reunion but I did get a few from our Friday Thanksgiving Dinner!

We are so Thankful for our family <3 I don't think we could find any better!!!  We are incredibly blessed and are thankful ALL year for the blessings we have been given and continue to receive!

Quick Milestone!

Madi peed in the potty for the first time today! 

I do hope this means potty training is going to be successfully easy :-D  A mom can dream right???

Aquarium Visit!

Today we went to the Manteo Aquarium!  

It was a lot of fun, that place has really grown a lot!

She started saying "fish" and "duck" today TOO!

We are so ready for Madi's other little cousin to be born! He is due very very soon!  I know his parents can't wait to meet him and neither can we!  

WALKING UPDATE:  Madi is now walking 10-15 steps now!  She is really ready to get up and go!

We have not been up to much, just enjoying all our time together as usual :-D 

We did go to visit Nana for Yvone & Jason's Baby Shower!  We were super lucky to have Aunt Angie & Uncle Ed to come too!! It was super fun!!

So Madi is working on her vocabulary, but right now EVERYTHING is a puppy, and it is soooo cute!!! 

She just recently learned "Bye" too!!  She is just growing and growing and getting so smart! 

We are so very blessed <3

She is getting better and better at walking too!  Doing more on her own and a few extra steps :-D It won't be long until I'll be posting about trying to catch the little girl! haha

Quick Update!

So we took some swimming lessons the end of July and beginning of August with our cousin Brayden!

They also taught her how to "blow" bubbles to help her swim under water, but she didn't pick it up completely until after lessons! haha 

And just a couple of videos to make you smile, like this girl does on a daily basis for us :-D 

(of all the things I try to teach her, she picks up on "bonking" the dog! haha)

1st Birthday!

Madi turned 1!!!!!!

Today we went to the pool and then had a little cupcake to celebrate!  But her party on the 14th was a HUGE success if I do say so myself :-D

Playing Catch Up!

So I can't wait to post her Birthday pictures!  But I need to catch up first with all our trips! :-D

Our first trip was to GA to see Mrs. Donna 

Then we went to Sunset Beach on a business trip with Pops!

Then we went to celebrate the 4th of July with Aunt Dea and Uncle Keith at their Lake house, Madi rode on her first boat!
